1. Services

We provide remote administrative support for real estate agents, which may include lead follow-up, scheduling, listing and MLS data entry, inbox management, CRM cleanup, social media posting, and website or online-presence help. The exact tasks are agreed with you before work begins and can be adjusted over time.

3. Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts, you can cancel anytime. Just let us know before your next billing date and your plan won't renew. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, and you keep access to the agreed work through the end of the paid period.

4. Your responsibilities

You retain full ownership and control of your accounts, listings, and content at all times.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, client data, and account access as strictly confidential and use them only to perform the agreed work. We won't share them with anyone outside what's needed to deliver the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to ask for work that is unlawful, deceptive, or violates the rules of any platform we use (such as an MLS, CRM, or social network). We may decline tasks that fall outside this.

7. Intellectual property

Work produced specifically for you (such as posts, listing copy, or documents) belongs to you once paid for. Any templates, processes, or tools we bring to the work remain ours.

8. Disclaimers & liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as a number of leads or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the issue arose, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either of us may end the arrangement with reasonable notice. We may suspend or end services if fees are unpaid or these terms are breached.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
